In the first instance we always recommend you contact us before returning an item. Some items cannot be refunded due to health and hygiene regulations unless faulty. When returning any agreed item, we recommend sending these items via a tracked service as we cannot refund any item that doesn’t arrive back to us, unless agreed.

Every child is different and they grow at their own rate. All our baby and toddler clothing is measured in cm’s and represented through age ranges. Double check the sizing for each range before placing your order.

Children must normally use a child car seat until they’re 12 years old or 135 centimetres tall, whichever comes first.
